Our home is a spacious, bright modern A-Frame on 7+ acres with plenty of open space and spectacular views of the valley and mountains beyond. Enjoy ever-changing views in the great room and master suite. A large, expansive porch with plenty of seating. Newly remodeled interior is decorated with modern touches and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

We have thoughtfully appointed our home with everything you need to be comfortable. From a luxurious master suite, hot tub, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, to coffee and wet bar, outdoor BBQ grill, billiard table, and plenty of games.
GREAT ROOM
Enjoy relaxing conversation by a wood-burning fire in the sunken room or move to the great room with our comfy couch, sipping wine, or playing one of many board games at the dining room table.
BEDROOMS
Our spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, chaise lounge, sauna, huge walk-in shower, modern bidet, private balcony, and floor to ceiling windows. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattresses.
LOFT RECREATION
The loft recreation area features a billiard table, vinyl record player, Smart TV, Blu-ray player and plenty of movies, Sonos sound system, and a desk with an Ultrawide monitor and laptop dock. Roku devices allow you to easily use your own streaming services or our house Netlifx account.
BALCONY + PORCH
Two balconies give plenty of opportunities for outdoor relaxation, one equipped with a fire table. A large, expansive porch with plenty of chairs and a comfortable porch swing. Enjoy ever-changing mountain views in the great room and master suite.

HOT TUB
On our front porch, with stunning mountain views, you'll find our new Sundance Optima hot tub. This spa has ample room for six people, features a variety of seat heights, and 47 jets, from soft, skin-soothing bubbles that deliver aromatherapy to deep tissue release.
GOURMET KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to make meals during your stay including gas cooking, pots, pans, bakeware, chef knives, mixing bowls, plates, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, hand mixer, rice maker, toaster, blender, KitchenAid, and more!
FIRE TABLE
Spend part of your night on our upper balcony with a lovely fire table. Take in the sunset as you unwind and relax after a busy day of exploring the mountains all around us.
SONOS
Equipped with a unified Sonos sound system throughout the house. Each TV features a Sonos Arc and subwoofer. A portable Sonos Move (with Bluetooth) and outdoor Sonos speakers for great sound everywhere.
INTERNET
Yes, we have super fast internet! Powered by Starlink, you will find no lag here. Speeds average 150Mbps - enough for streaming Netflix, joining video calls, and more.
BACKUP POWER
Our home is equipped with a whole-home backup generator to ensure uninterrupted comfort during your stay. Even if the power goes out in the area, you'll still have full access to lights, water, heating/cooling, and essential appliances.
SAUNA
In the master suite, you'll find our indoor, two-person cedar Sauna. We went with the best - a Tylo Sense Combi heater, so you can enjoy a pleasant sauna experience, wet or dry, at whatever temperature you choose from 104-194°F. Best of all, you'll have mountain views as you look at through the frameless glass door.
COFFEE BAR
At the coffee bar, you will find everything you need to jumpstart your day! Make drip coffee using our Moccamaster or specialized coffee with a French press and Nespresso machine. We have an electric kettle, smart burr grinder, an assortment of Nespresso pods, teas, and local coffee beans from Happ coffee.
GAS GRILL
BBQ dinners will be easy with grill! A Weber Genesis II with 3 gas burners and sear station. We provide the propane (including a backup) and necessary grilling utensils. You provide the food + beer.
ENTERTAINMENT
Our sunken room and loft area both feature 55" OLED TVs and dedicated Sonos sound bars. Both TVs have newer Xbox systems with a Game Pass account. Use our Roku devices to sign-in to your streaming services. We have a high-quality U-Turn Orbit Vinyl player with over 40 newer records.
DEDICATED WORKSTATION
When you can't truly disconnect or you're here to work remotely, our dedicated desk/workstation setup includes a TS3 Plus Dock, Logi Webcam, Razer Microphone, Keyboard/Mouse, and a 34" Curved Ultrawide monitor.
TESLA CHARGER
In the garage you can plug in to our car charging station. We have a dedicated Tesla wall charger plus a NEMA 14-50 outlet for other EV vehicles - all on a dedicated 50Amp circuit.
